A premium membership identity and multi-touchpoint rollout for Comprehensive Dermatology Center of Pasadena, designed to turn ongoing skincare into a clear, desirable care program.

Turning Ongoing Care Into a Membership Experience
Comprehensive Dermatology Center of Pasadena needed a visual system for a premium skincare membership program that could feel credible inside a medical practice while still carrying the warmth and aspiration of a beauty brand.
The challenge was to make the offer easy to understand across every touchpoint: one professional treatment every month, member-only benefits, trade-in options, and a more consistent path to long-term skin health. The creative approach framed the program as polished, personal, and practical, not a generic med-spa promotion.

A Softer System for a Clinical Offer
The visual world was built around sun-washed Pasadena luxury: warm stone, blush, soft apricot, cream, sage green, skin-toned neutrals, restrained shadows, and editorial beauty photography. The system needed to feel refined without becoming sterile, and premium without losing the trust required in healthcare.
Across web, print, CRM, social, membership cards, and collateral, the design used large serif headlines, soft photography crops, botanical brand details, and clear benefit-driven layouts. The brand language balanced emotional lines like “Live in your skin.” with practical membership information such as monthly treatments, priority access, savings, and consultation calls to action.

A Membership Built to Move Across the Practice
The final system gives CDCOP a flexible membership platform that can live in the office, on the website, in email, on social, and in patient-facing materials. Each asset reinforces the same idea: consistent expert care can be packaged in a way that feels accessible, organized, and desirable.
Without relying on invented performance claims, the strength of the work is in how clearly it connects the program’s business purpose to its visual execution. The membership feels distinct from the core practice while still belonging to CDCOP’s larger brand world.
